Where We Provide In-Person Assistance

At Granny’s Little Geek, we understand that sometimes the best way to solve a technology problem is by sitting down together and working through it step by step. While many issues can be handled remotely over the phone or through screen sharing, there are times when in-person support makes learning easier and more comfortable—especially when setting up new devices, connecting Wi-Fi, organizing apps, or simply becoming more confident using technology.

For virtual clients, we have you covered where ever you live, however, for clients who prefer face-to-face help, we proudly offer in-home and in-person assistance across several counties in Northeast Ohio. Our current service area includes Coshocton, Tuscarawas, Holmes, Stark, Summit, Wayne, Medina, Lorain, and Cuyahoga counties. This wide service area allows us to help seniors and families throughout the region receive patient, reliable technology support right where they are most comfortable—often in their own homes.

During an in-person visit, we take the time to understand your specific needs and walk through solutions together at a pace that feels comfortable. Whether it’s learning how to use a smartphone, setting up a new tablet, connecting a printer, understanding email, or making sure your smart TV and streaming services work properly, we focus on clear explanations and hands-on learning. Our goal is not just to fix a problem, but to help you feel confident using your technology going forward.

We also work with family members who may live farther away but want peace of mind knowing their loved one has a trusted local resource for technology help. In many cases, a single visit can eliminate frustration and restore confidence with devices that are meant to make life easier.

If you live within Coshocton, Tuscarawas, Holmes, Stark, Summit, Wayne, Medina, Lorain, or Cuyahoga County, we would be happy to schedule an appointment for in-person support. If you are located just outside these areas, feel free to contact us as well—we may still be able to help through remote assistance or special arrangements.

At Granny’s Little Geek, our mission is simple:
to make technology less intimidating and more empowering for the seniors in our community.
